This time around I had the worst experience possible. Beyond the greeting from the representative, it was down hill after that. Not once they're apologetic for the inconvenience, rarher it felt like they wanted me to suck it up and move on. Unacceptable. The shutle driver was even worst than the rest of the staff, even the supervisor. He didn't greet me, just ask who needs a shuttle service and saying it is outside. In the shuttle he intentionally greeted the other two customers but me, and not a single word to me throughout the trip. He didn't even say a goodbye greeting at drop off. As I said, this visit was the first of it's kind, horrible. When I came to pick the car I noticed they have charged me for the service even though I already paid for the three year service as part of the lease. They've changed the bill after I pressed them to review my contract. Absolute incompetence. More

Had an appointment for 9 on Monday. It got towed in Sunday night. Monday night got a voice mail on my phone after asking that they call another phone because I was at work. Tyler said he would text estimate Tuesday 7 am when in work. 8 am did not have it. Called system was down. He said he would send it as soon as it was back up. Never got it. Wednesday my husband called was given an estimate for 690.00 plus tax. Went to pick it up Thursday after getting a text saying it would be done by 10 am. The price was 934.! The person at the count we could not explain. No one could. My husband had gotten a ride there so had to leave with the car. Paid and asked to have a call to explain why there are 3ecaluation fees of 135.00. it is Saturday and not a word from anyone. I would not do business with them again unless they fix this mess. The car runs great! The work is good. Customer service sucked. More
