Still have not called me back after bringing in for engine noise and a recall. Was made aware that there are service delays due to staffing. Car dropped off weds night, was looked at friday when i spok engine noise and a recall. Was made aware that there are service delays due to staffing. No details. 3 voicemails to Tyler and a VM to the service manager later, i paid my bill over the phone and asked them to lock the keys and invoive in the vehicle and i will use my spare to Pickup after hours. No key or invoice left. Called the person I paid my bill with and left a message to sen my key and email invoice. No response. Funny how they respond to taking payment….. More

They told me there were n nuts in filter housing inside cart, changed me almost one hundred dollars for a ten minute job they said would take an hour. There were all kinds of leaves left from mess which I had to clean myself. More
