Last experience was great. This one much less than. Had to drop off because of the recall. Was on a time crunch picking up after work. Called to pay so I could just pick up. Alicia couldn’t take payment, kept trying to transfer and disconnected me 6 times, keeping me calling back. Over 15 minutes just trying to pay. Cashier answered main line after pushing 0 and assured me she’d have my keys for an easy pick up. Walk in she makes me go to service to get. Have to wait in line then service rep who knew I was in a rush had audacity to ask me to review survey with him. More
I have no issues with the dealership (the sales side), but the service center is not okay. I scheduled a basic oil change, and when I got there, they told me I needed an entire package of other things. My but the service center is not okay. I said I didn’t want those other things done. The man I spoke to basically said it wasn’t an option and I was charged $207 for what I thought was just going to be an oil change. I will not be getting my vehicle serviced there again. More
