The staff is friendly and great. They seem very professional, and I loved the shuttle guy. It's just... well given that I had to wait WEEKS for an appointment, and had to bring it in first thing in professional, and I loved the shuttle guy. It's just... well given that I had to wait WEEKS for an appointment, and had to bring it in first thing in the morning, I was a little surprised not to get my car back that day. But they made it sound like it was just such a "big job," even though I'd been told it was a 3 hour job. So I was even MORE surprised the next day, to find out they hadn't even *started* on it until the day *after* I dropped it off. This sucked some, and so did the fact that even tho I reminded everyone 3 times, and even texted, to please bolt on the engine cover that was already removed and in the back, this was never done. Then, when I went to leave, there was a car parked right behind mine and I couldn't get out without having to go back in to get the car moved. All that was kinda shocking from a place that literally charged double what every other shop I'd called wanted for the same job. I just thought I'd be more confident that it would be done right, at the dealership. Le sigh. So, for $$, time taken, and details overlooked, I subtracted some stars, but like I said the service staff was great, friendly, and made me not just lose it over the frustrating things that could have been much better. Also I liked that it was washed clean when I came to pick it up. More
