Yes.. the last time I was at Kia getting an oil change where everybody’s wearing a mask except for one guy. He comes in not wearing a mask he was told to put the mask on but he never did and he just sat t where everybody’s wearing a mask except for one guy. I had the unfortunate pleasure of needing a tremendous amount of work on my high mileage vehicle. As a result, numerous visits were made to this dealership to get the necessary work completed. Thankfully, my most recent service visit addressed all concerns and appropriate repairs were done in thorough and timely fashion. The service manager and advisor worked together to provide me with the best value on parts/labor/rental vehicle costs. The master technician also provided sincere and excellent explanations re: needed repairs. One caveat, I wish a more comprehensive inspection of my vehicle was completed at the very first visit ... and had I been informed of ALL the necessary or potential repairs, I would have "walked away" from this car. The initial impression based on my service advisor's comments led me to believe that my car was in relatively good shape and the work needed was routine maintenance. However, that quickly changed. I understand that I cannot change the past and this experience has taught me a lot. I do recommend this establishment based on quality of work and customer service. More
