Second time I have disappointed in the service! Think I’ll stick with convenient drive through service places. Not worth 45 mins of travel. I went there to address a noisy fan. I was told that the “bumper to bumper” warranty doesn’t cover damage done by rodents, which it likely is. There would be a $129 fee to look at it. It’s a lease...you think they’d be interested in fixing things. I’ll not use the fan, thank you! He actually told me it may “clear up on its own”! A “recall” was fixed....I never received notice of a recall! Recall was not explained to me and the last recall I had fixed there resulted in a breakdown in Delaware and two nights in a motel at my own expense! So, you can understand why I’m sensitive to these recall repairs! A half hour after I saw my car out in the lot, I inquired about it. I was then told the mechanic was doing the paperwork on it. After I got my car, I inquired at finance about getting a copy of my “insurance contract” I pay for each month. Although he checked with service to make sure my fan could not be checked; I was not given a copy of my contract and am feeling very disillusioned with this lease. This is my second lease with KIA, but I think I’m done. You have a great product, but your customer service is all smiles and no service. Consumers are smarter than that! More
