My friend thankfully recommended Destination Kia. They diagnosed my car quickly and upfront stated what I needed done and what was and was not covered under warranty. It was no hassle at all. I must be honest that I hardly ever write reviews, even bad ones but I was compelled to given how great of an experience I had. More
There was a factory issue with my Telluride that needed to be repaired and repainted. After 2 1/2 months, they brought my vehicle in and claimed to “repair” it but made the issue worse. After being blatantly lied to by the service department, horrible touch up paint, and complete disregard for the issue my Telluride was sent to the collision center. Fred and Eva promised to take great care of my car. In the mean time, I reached out to Dave regarding my disgust for the issue via phone, email and text with no reply. My vehicle was repainted however, my door panel was gouged, my windshield was scratched terribly and there is over spray on the entire vehicle, including all black mouldings. A new door panel was supposed to be ordered and they were going to address the windshield and over spray when I went back, but I have not heard from the dealership in nearly a month. I have been in contact with Kia Corporate regarding my displeasure and a potential buy back of my vehicle. Each time they reach out to the dealership, they are told by Patrick my issues have been resolved and my vehicle returned. Incorrect. I hope DestinationKia can make right on this as they truly have a wonderful dealership that was highly recommended to us. We have been repeat customers, had great experiences with Sales and Financing and would like to continue working with them for any future purchases. With that said, my vehicle needs to be replaced or returned at this point as every time it has been in for repair, I get it back in worse condition than it started. I spoke with Eva in the collision center today who assured me Dave would reach out to me today to address my concerns. It was my understanding the dealership closes at 4 pm and it is now nearly 6 with no phone call. More

Great Family Friendly Experience While waiting to have our vehicle serviced, Rich noticed us struggling to keep our two children (ages: 15 months and 3 weeks) calm. Our 15 month old w While waiting to have our vehicle serviced, Rich noticed us struggling to keep our two children (ages: 15 months and 3 weeks) calm. Our 15 month old wanted to venture around the facilities and was throwing a temper tantrum because we wouldn't allow her to. While that was happening our 3 week old was also being very fussy and crying. Without thinking twice, Rich came over to give us a hand. He talked and played with our 15 month old allowing us time to tend to our newborn and get her back to sleep. Afterwards he even gave us expert tips on ways to soothe newborns from his past experiences with his now 19 year old daughter. Rich made us feel welcomed and at ease which we as new parents appreciated very much. Rich wasn't even the service advisor that was working with us which makes this all the more special. Thank you Rich for your great service and thank you Destination Kia for employing such kind, family friendly staff. More

Was told to speak with Pat, the service manager ( for complaint) when I called I was told he was on vacation ( was not offered an alternative person to discuss my displeasure with). This is not the first time that timeliness has been an issue at this dealership for service work, it's the first time I have chosen to complain More

We had an appointment in the Service Dept for our 2017 Kia of which the lease woul My husband doesn't like to deal with "high pressure" dealerships. We had an appointment in the Service Dept for our 2017 Kia of which the lease would be ending at the beginning of May. While at your dealership we wanted to see what our options were. We ended up leasing a 2019 Kia and left within just a few hours with our new Sportage. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dillon Wagner, a very friendly, pleasant young man. Our overall experience was a good one. From the Service Dept., to sales, to financing. My husband usually gets very frustrated at car dealerships. He said this was the first time that he didn't experience that. We would recommend Destination Kia to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. More
