I recently purchased a 2023 kia sportage hybrid! Today while driving near my home the left instrument cluster started flashing red and an alarm rang! The car has about 60 miles on it- i immediate Today while driving near my home the left instrument cluster started flashing red and an alarm rang! The car has about 60 miles on it- i immediately shut it down and called destination Kia service dept! I explained what had happened and a service tech suposedly checked with a manager who was supposed to call me back! After numerous attempts to talk with someone i got a friend to help me push it to my house- he got it on a flatbed trailer! Its now at my house and after 3 hrs i still have not heard from anyone, even aftetr repeated attempts to talk to someone! Darn poor service! Think twice before you buy here! Postscript- its the next day and I still haven’t heard from anyone! More
