Briana told me they would call back when their tech line knew what was wrong with my Kia hybrid. After repeated calls to not only Brianna, the manager,as well as the operator, and no one ever calling me bac knew what was wrong with my Kia hybrid. My car needed a new cam shaft sensor which was ordered from the Kia dealership. My car was fixed in 2 hours and the cost was very minimal. More

Good customer service. Service rep had trouble listening to me when I tried to tell him of previous diagnosis by mechanic at dealership.
