Well I brought a brand new car a month ago and had an issue the second day and now it's been in twice to be fixed and still not fixed. Did I mention brand new car? Briana Bivins was very pleasant and professional from the time I dropped off my vehicle till the time it was finished. She informed me twice during my wait as to the progress. I was at the dealership four weeks earlier and would have appreciated if I was told my inspection was running out the following month so I could make a decision to pull the inspection up a month to avoid an hour drive. In the future, please let your customers know of a situation like mine and give them the option to come back, or pull the inspection up a month. More
