I brought my car in for front end problems, tire install and oil change. The front strut bearing was defective. I have Zurich comprehensive vehicle coverage plan, so the bearing repair was covered. He convinced Zurich to replace the whole strut tower, not just the bearing, cover the alignment and arranged a rental car for me so I could go back to work. I would also like to give shout out to Bill M, the mechanic. He did a excellent job with the repair. The car feels 1000 times better than it did before. More
