Service advisors are knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Service has been timely to date. Also the waiting area is clean and well kept. Ladies room clean. I would not spend another penny at this dealership. sales managers were very unprofessional, not costumer friendly, and so was the service department. I have used the dealership many times and never had an issue but closing out my lease experience was met with a lack of transparency. I got a bill of sale with space for dozens of items and they added 3 o issue but closing out my lease experience was met with a lack of transparency. I got a bill of sale with space for dozens of items and they added 3 or more items together (residual, nissan buyout fee and dealer fee?) and summed them into one line item. The sales tax and title were broken out. I would have expected that the fees would be disclosed in writing. Disappointed More
