Excellent, prompt service. I had my snow tires changed over and my state inspection. Price was comparable to local shops but I feel good knowing that the people working on my car are experts in Nissan veh over and my state inspection. Negotiated a price for a vehicle with Michael we both accepted. Then as requested I changed over my insurance, gave all my information so that changes could be made at the DMV and left then came back to accepted. Then as requested I changed over my insurance, gave all my information so that changes could be made at the DMV and left then came back to hand over my trade in title. My tags were put on the new vehicle and I handed my trade in over. Then when it came time to finance, after a ding was made on my credit, the paperwork had the vehicle at a higher price than we came to terms on. Michael went back on the price he gave me and would not honor it even though written evidence still existed of our negotiated price. 7 hours of my time was wasted. This guy did me wrong. More
Well, you know that my only real contact with your dealership was primarily with my salesman Mike Petropoulos and, eventually Luis Bernacet in the Business Office. Yes, the dealership is nice, neat, dealership was primarily with my salesman Mike Petropoulos and, eventually Luis Bernacet in the Business Office. Yes, the dealership is nice, neat, bright and filled with new cars but without the two persons I noted above, it would be nothing! Mike seemed to work on my behalf after making me completely understand the differences between purchasing and leasing a vehicle and how easy it was for me to form my decision to lease the vehicle I now have. I would have continued to sink a lot of money into a new vehicle every three years instead of logically leasing. Mike made a proposal to me and we actually wound up agreeing on the figures we discussed. After I decided and we agreed, Luis explained all the ramifications of the business relationship I would be entering and, after a couple of my questions, advised I should indeed purchase the additional warranty that would best serve my needs and he did all his work in language I could understand as did Mike and for this I really appreciate them! Again, while the dealership is a very good store, it is people like Luis and Mike that make it work! I offer them both sincere Thanks! Joe Scalzo More
