Appointment for state inspection on my 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport, one owner, one driver with 30,000 miles, serviced by dealer since brand new. Wouldn't inspect without new wiper blades for $50.00. Given detailed concern report of other problems with vehicle, needs 4 new tires, alignment, and brake flush, estimate for work $1188.00 . I had 2 Chevy Equinox before Rogue and zero problems. Time to switch brands. Very Disappointed !! More

I paid for a transmission flush (where all the fluid is removed and replaced). After reviewing the service document, they only drained the transmission pan and refilled with 5 quarts of fluid in a system removed and replaced). After reviewing the service document, they only drained the transmission pan and refilled with 5 quarts of fluid in a system that holds 11 quarts. The job was only performed at half capacity. Very disappointed in their misleading ways. The staff is very nice, but the company overall is very deceptive. $200 to drain a pan and refill is a rip-off. I requested a refund of half my payment, as they only did half the work. More
