Work is always very good. but I thought it took longer than expected. I got the impression I was forgotten or service tech wasn't told car was ready. The car wasn't washed as is the usual experience. I thought that was because they knew it had been a longer wait than they would have expected too...for whatever reason. I was told I was owed a car wash (and when do I get that????) and I was told no car wash because with covid they weren't permitted to wash the car??? Huh???? I would have preferred I was told...I'm sorry, your car has been ready for 20 minutes, but I didn't get the message. We want to wash your car, but I wanted to ask you if that was okay since it's been a little extra time already because of the delay. Hope it will go a little smoother next time... They did fix the problem, as they usually do...and the service tech was very polite and helpful, except as noted. More
