Had a great experience today at Destination Nissan. Max expertly facilitated the entire deal, from appraising my trade-in to getting my plates switched onto my new 2019 Grand Caravan. Service Work My service advisor was Chad. Chad was very helpful, polite, and easy to work with. I scheduled my appointment because my AC was not working very well. My service advisor was Chad. I also requested a NYS inspection and asked that they generally check the vehicle over for other possible service needs. They determined my front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced, which did not surprise me because my vehicle has 67,000 miles on it and I had never had them replaced. The waiting room seating was well laid out for proper social distancing and cleaned a couple of times while I was there. I was very pleased with my experience. More

Purchasing 2020 Kicks at Destination Nissan I came to Destination Nissan as Hurricane Isaias was passing through upstate New York. The first dealership I tried wouldn’t even come outside and talk to me. Joe King came outside to greet me immediately despite the torrential rain, and patiently stood there in the downpour answering all of my questions. I was immediately impressed by both his courtesy and professionalism. I was concerned about COVID but it was clear that 100% of the safety protocols were being followed inside the showroom. I was initially offered $750 for my trade, the final value was $600, so I was a little disappointed. But overall I would say the process was fair. On the second day Derek Rosen walked me through a mountain of paperwork and made the entire process a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I am going to tell everybody in Gloversville to come here because the excellent customer service was worth the drive. More
