Corona Salesmenship Purchased my vehicle during the Corona Pandemic. Shopped online, the website was so well designed, I had all the information I needed. A sales rep. A sales rep. contacted me the next day, informed me that vehicle was still available, and the "new process" of how things would work purchasing a new vehicle. We haggled over price, like any new auto purchase should include, I faxed documents for financing and insurance transfer, DMV documents. Both the Sales Rep. and Finance Dept. were available via email and text/phone to answer all my questions. The Sales Rep./Finance Dept took care of everything. Made an appointment to pick up my new vehicle, and sign final documents. Another Rep was in showroom, had just disinfected all tables, door handles, etc. We sat the mandatory 6 feet away while signing documents, a new box of pens were open, and all documents were explained to us. Given our paperwork, 2 sets of keys, floor mats, a full tank of gas, and I was on my way. Never has purchasing a new vehicle been so easy. More

Started Great, Ended Terrible Told Lukas that we were not purchasing that day, but wanted test drive and pricing on 2 different models. Tried to sell me a different car, then wanted me to sign off on a "sold" pad before he would give me a price quote. I believe the pressure came from his manager since he seemed very uncomfortable at the end of the visit. I'm STILL waiting, since 1/26/20) for the promised $50 gift card for the test drive. And I've reached out to the dealership 3 times about this. We got a call to confirm our test drive while we were in the car. After 2 hours in the dealership, and VERY HIGH pressure, I walked out.
