This is my second vehicle that I purchased from Mike in the past 2 years . You may wonder.. what brought me back to Destination Nissan? I feel as if Mike goes above and beyond for his customers in regards to getting them into the vehicle that they want, staying in communication during the entire process, works well with others, and he’s honest. In 2017 (just two years ago ) he sold me a brand new Nissan Altima, I traded it in for a 2019 Nissan Rogue and couldn’t be more happy with both purchases. With a few test drives and a couple of clicks of a computer button , I was able to pick the Rogue of my dreams. I look forward to being back in a couple of years and work with Mike again. As long as he’s there, I will continue to buy cars from Destination Nissan . By the way, your dealership is very clean. Your salesman are very professional . Top of the line service and communication I was concerned about the brakes and transmission of my older model Nissan Sentra as it is the primary vehicle for my teenage son. My suspicions were I was concerned about the brakes and transmission of my older model Nissan Sentra as it is the primary vehicle for my teenage son. My suspicions were confirmed that there were some major brake problems that needed to be addressed. The service technician, Eric Messier, was very clear with me about the problems and took the time to break down the multiple issues and provide a priority list of importance for safety sake. Eric's calm and clear, yet concerned demeanor put my mind at ease and allowed me to make decisions in the best of interest of safety and the family budget. In the past,I have never been a fan of dealership service centers, especially for older cars. Eric has changed my mind. There is no place else that I will be taking my 2 household Nissans for service and I will be sure to ask for Eric every time. Thank you. More
