He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any question I had, (I had a lot). He took the time to understand all of my needs and made sure I was happy and comfortable in my decision. Especially coming from a horrible situation with my last car, he was extremely patient with me and paid close attention to detail. Kiera went on several test drives with me and both of them were patient while I was all over the place with my choices.
