I had a great experience from start to finish with Deur-Speet. Becca was an awesome sales woman and she made sure to have my Jeep sparkling clean and ready to go when I showed up to test drive and was Deur-Speet. Becca was an awesome sales woman and she made sure to have my Jeep sparkling clean and ready to go when I showed up to test drive and was quick and knowledgeable to answer any questions we had! She was also able to give us a great deal on our vehicle. Jay was great in the finance department, making sure we got the best rate on our loan and did a great job explaining everything we needed to know. The detailers did a great job making my Jeep sparkling clean on the inside and outside when we left. Over all, I would highly recommend them to anyone! More

She located the vehicle I wanted and kept in constant contact wi to their excellent customer service and customer care. Kim was amazing to work with. Kim is very knowledgeable, professional and definitely takes a personal interest in her customers. I scheduled an appointment on their website a couple days in advance and it never went through. I called them and let them know and they explained the situation but they still came and picked up my car. They in advance and it never went through. They gave my car an oil change (which is what I scheduled it for) and they dropped my car off all before I went to lunch. They really care about their customers and it shows. Thank you again. More

From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had (and we've bought and leased dozens of cars over the years). We have had positive experiences with salesmen/saleswomen at other West Michigan dealers, only to have the whole experience ruined by a nightmare finance person (high pressure sales pitches of extended warranties, gap insurance, fabric protection, etc....I'm looking at you, Betten Baker Honda and My Auto Import). We were so relieved when Jay handled all finance-related issues in a very laid back, low pressure way. We got an excellent price on our new Wrangler and got great value for our trade. We look forward to returning to Deur-Speet Motors for our future Jeep purchases! More

We we’re treated very well as soon as we walked in the door. My husband had printed out a picture and all info about the truck I was interested in. We were able to test drive it. When we got back from test drive we were able to get price and all the rebates. We ended up being able to drive home that day. So far I’m loving this truck.
