Despite taking more than two weeks to finalize a previously existing car loan, Kim, Jay and Mark were extremely friendly, transparent with the process and made an extremely stressful situation far less nerve-wracking. Hopefully, I'll enjoy this 2017 Jeep Cherokee for a long time, but if not, I know I'll be going back to Deur-Speet in the future for my next vehicle. More

We have been dealing with Duer Speet for years. We purchased 3 vehicles from them prior to this one. All 3 were purchased using the same sales guy but he is no longer there so we just picked someone n purchased 3 vehicles from them prior to this one. The customer service we received was just as good as always, if not even better. Everyone pitched in to not only find me the truck I wanted but it was actually even better then I expected. Top Notch Care Living two hours away, Ed and the team at Deur-Speet were more than willing to work with me over the phone answering any questions and taking pictures Living two hours away, Ed and the team at Deur-Speet were more than willing to work with me over the phone answering any questions and taking pictures of the Durango we were interested in. After a few conversations, we put money down on a vehicle we never saw in person. We weren't quite sure about the color (Ivory Tri-Coat), but we were assured there was no requirement to buy if we weren't happy when we got there. Ed made sure all the details were ready for the day we arrived. It was dark and snowing when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle inside the dealership where it was warm, dry, and brightly lit. The vehicle was extremely clean, in excellent condition, and the Ivory color was even better than the pictures Ed shared with us! After taking the vehicle for a test drive, we came back to the dealership and found the paperwork ready to go. It was the far and away the best and fastest experience we've ever had. We are delighted to show off the Deur-Speet license plate holder on the car. Great work guys!! More
