I called on Monday morning. We could bring the Jeep in right away for assessing. They had it all finished by Tuesday afternoon!! all the staff were very pleasant to deal with We could bring the Jeep in right away for assessing. I like that I could set up my service appointment online & had no trouble dropping my car off the night before. Even though the service dept thought they had the right part they needed to fix my car, it wa & had no trouble dropping my car off the night before. Even though the service dept thought they had the right part they needed to fix my car, it was not, & they went and found the right part (in Rockford!) , drove there to get and still had my car done by 4pm.
