Work appears to be fine. But not timely. While I had an 8:00 am appointment. To get my brakes inspected and repaired. I was told at 8:30 my parts would be delivered in about 30 minutes and th While I had an 8:00 am appointment. To get my brakes inspected and repaired. I was told at 8:30 my parts would be delivered in about 30 minutes and the job was 2 hours. I was given a loaner car. Then my vehicle must have been on the back burner. .. It was not done until 3:45 pm. Longest 2 hour job ever. Since this took way longer than expected. One thinks a small discount would have been offered. They are trending down in my books. More

Greedy I gave this dealership two chances to earn my business. Both times they were too greedy and unwilling to negotiate. I understand needing to make a few bucks to stay operational, but when another dealership is willing to drop the price some, then it just shows their greed. I guarantee the response to this is going to be defending making a profit and blah blah blah. More
