Great service Have looked around for a used min with low miles for several weeks. Found one at Deur-Speet Motors, drove 1 and a half hrs. to test drive. Our salesman Adam was great, was however not pleased when one of the owners when he told us that someone had just called and wanted to look at it because it was a good deal but wanted us to see it first! That is a big turn off for me as I feel I am either being pressured or the person is just saying that to make a sale and there really was no other interested person. Was however impressed with the lifetime power train warranty and was told that we get free car washes as long as we have the van. Adam showed us the features on the van, no one even offered to show me at the other dealerships. Lorri was great and when ask questions she would answer or find someone who knew the answer.. Jay ( I kept calling him Ray but he didn't care) did a great job and was super friendly. The entire staff was very friendly! Would buy there again! More

Amazing team! My husband and I were looking at vehicles when the motor went out on our dodge journey, so we went and chatted with the team at Deur Speet. While I wa My husband and I were looking at vehicles when the motor went out on our dodge journey, so we went and chatted with the team at Deur Speet. While I was apprehensive due to owing on our journey still and not liking the body style of the vehicle they were trying to sell us on, I still have them the chance to convince me. We test drove the 2018 Jeep Renegade and let me just say I absolutely loved this vehicle! My next concern was the financing; never did I imagine walking off the lot on a Saturday of a holiday weekend with a brand new car! Everyone went above and beyond to help get us into another vehicle. We will continue going to Deur Speet for all our vehicle needs! More

Kim was so good at walking me through every step of the process. Jay went the extra miles with financing and looked into multiple banks for the best rate for me. Explained everything in plain English on everything with the payments. Everyone was small town friendly and so nice to be around not your usual car sales place that wants to just talk to you if your going to buy the car. No adding 1000s+ to the price just to have you make a deal with the. Prices were up front. More

Greedy I gave this dealership two chances to earn my business. Both times they were too greedy and unwilling to negotiate. Work appears to be fine. But not timely. While I had an 8:00 am appointment. To get my brakes inspected and repaired. I was told at 8:30 my parts would be delivered in about 30 minutes and th While I had an 8:00 am appointment. To get my brakes inspected and repaired. I was told at 8:30 my parts would be delivered in about 30 minutes and the job was 2 hours. I was given a loaner car. Then my vehicle must have been on the back burner. .. It was not done until 3:45 pm. Longest 2 hour job ever. Since this took way longer than expected. One thinks a small discount would have been offered. They are trending down in my books. More
