The care AFTER the sale is spectacular!!! Our family has purchased several vehicles from Deur-Speet Motors (new and used) and we have ALWAYS had a great experience. The ‘free car wash for life Our family has purchased several vehicles from Deur-Speet Motors (new and used) and we have ALWAYS had a great experience. The ‘free car wash for life’ that comes with the vehicle purchase keeps you coming back and I have NEVER had a bad experience when I’ve come back. Never having to pay for a car wash is AWESOME!! I am treated just as well as I was when I came in to buy the car. I get waves from employees I’ve worked with and ‘hellos’ and ‘how is your day going?’ from employees I don’t know but they just happen to be walking past me. That is rare, considering there is no cash transaction happening. The oil changes are efficient and thorough and the staff doing the oil change are not just any joe-blow off the street; they are highly qualified and know what they are doing. Russ noticed my front inner axel seals were leaking. He was kind enough to fill them at no charge and never pressured for me to use them for repair, just made sure I was aware that this was a serious issue needing attention very soon. I appreciated the no pressure situation. I purchased the extended warranty on one of my vehicles (against our better judgment). Was it a scam and a waste of money? For me, no. I had an issue with the leather in my drivers seat splitting and I casually mentioned it to Dyan (the receptionist) while waiting for a car wash to finish and she got right on it connecting me with Jay to see if the warranty would cover it. Jay did all the leg work and made sure it was taken care of. All I had to do was drop it off for a few hours. They even offered me a loaner car of my choice off the lot! The warranty was worth it for me!! I’d also had conversation with a customer who came in for one thing and having removed the front drip pan, mechanics noticed a minor drip in the radiator (which would have never been seen until it overflowed the drip pan and was then a major issue). Deur-Speet did all of the leg work calling on warranties and made sure this customer was fully taken care of. The repair was well over $1,000 but the warranty covered it. Ken explained that Deur-Speet has a grading in the automotive sales industry (I believe it’s called ‘level 10’) that allows them to do the warranty repairs without much fight from the warranty companies since they have never had a warranty claim be rejected on later review. Going the extra mile to help us navigate a warranty system that most of us don’t understand or know the ins and outs of is incredibly beneficial. And they’re happy to do it-obviously it’s sales for the maintenance dept but for us as customers it is priceless. . The receptionist is the absolute best!! She handles all the calls, coordinates car washes and cashes out oil changes and maintenance work. She’s a great juggler and always cheerful and pleasant. I never feel like an interruption to her. My time waiting always flies by when I chat with Dyan. They also have a tv, coffee, fresh newspapers, vending machines and a yellow lab to keep you entertained if chatting isn’t your thing. Deur-Speet is my dealership. If they don’t have what you want on the lot, they’ll find it for you!! Give them a shot, you won’t regret it. More

Jeep Wrangler Very helpful. Got my Jeep right in and fixed it. Wasn’t even acting up when I got it in but lights were on. They found the electrical problem and all Very helpful. Brake Light and Front Brakes (Two vehicles/two stops) Ken, the Service Advisor, did a great job. I have three (3) concerns about dealing with Deur Speet; the "diagnostic" charge seems excessive, unless I Ken, the Service Advisor, did a great job. I have three (3) concerns about dealing with Deur Speet; the "diagnostic" charge seems excessive, unless I deal with Ken there's always an issue, and while they tout the free car wash and vacuum, there is always an issue with it. These last two (2) visits (on successive days), in neither case was the vehicle vacuumed out decently (we're not talking new car clean, just a reasonable vacuum) and the car wash was shut down due to cold weather. I get the cold weather thing but . . . on previous visits I couldn't get the vehicles washed because the guy was out to lunch, there were three (3) vehicles ahead of me, etc. - I hope you get the drift. Don't have a problem paying for quality services rendered; you might want to take the approach of under committing and over delivering going forward. More
