John Alterio - Service Manager is excellent! I brought my car to Devan at the recommendation of a friend for service. I had been in a minor accident and after the body shop that worked on my car I brought my car to Devan at the recommendation of a friend for service. I had been in a minor accident and after the body shop that worked on my car had it for almost 3 weeks, it felt as though it was pulling to the right, even though the invoice said an alignment was done on my car. When I questioned the body shop, the owner got a little nasty that I questioned his work so I didn't want to go back to him. John was very professional and did a thorough job of having one of his technicians go through my car to see what the problem was. The issue turned out to be a part that the original body shop claimed they had repaired, when in fact they had not! John quickly got my car fixed, helped with the insurance claim, and gave me a loaner car while they had my car since the parts had to be ordered. I do not own an Acura, so they needed to order Nissan parts for my car. I was so impressed with how easily he handled this that I have no doubts in referring anyone here for service! More

Happy experience! We actually visited the shop to look at the same car that the previous person who left the comment about 2015 Acura MDX. I was giving them a chance to explain what happened to the car. Surprisingly, Katie and Joe (store manager) well received my feedback, and they were very honest about the car history. They showed all the documents about the work they have done on this car. They did send the car to fix cosmetically. And my husband and I both tested the car and it ran smoothly. Katie is an expert, and she showed me how to use the Tech package with a lot of knowledge. We actually made the purchases. We are very happy for what it is worth. Thank you. I would like to write this review to correct the previous review. So that everyone has a chance to fix the issues. I can tell that they really want to provide the best service with the best price to their customers. I will go back for their car services. - Angelene More
Terrible We were shopping for 2015 Acura MDX. We found this Acura and drove 70 miles to see it. It was supposed to be a Certified Acura with a little bit over We were shopping for 2015 Acura MDX. We found this Acura and drove 70 miles to see it. It was supposed to be a Certified Acura with a little bit over 16,000 miles. What the experience... the wheels were very damaged, The tires were used in 80%. One of the tires was visibaly damaged with the cut. With only 16,000 miles it was impossible for the tires to be that used. There were scratches and dents on the bumper and side doors. And this was supposed be a Certified wehicle...... good luck More

I bought a brand new car, which was never inspected properly. I know this because once I got on the highway the tires felt as if they were going to fly off. They replaced all my tires the next day. With less than 3000 miles on my car, a bubble appeared in my rear tire. Knowning I had not hit anything I asked for it to be replaced, they refused to contact the manufacturer (after the issues with my first set of tires, I am convinced I had gotten another faulty one) and forced me to pay for a new tire. I even put a call into General Manager, Amy, who instead of calling me back herself, made a service rep do her dirty work...so unprofessional. THEN, I made an appointment for an oil change, because I was leaving my car and coming back for it I was told they would need it for 4 hours, to get the "waiting" customers out of the dealership as they were the "priority." They didn't care that I too had an appointment and needed my car back. DO NOT BUY FROM DEVAN ACURA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
worst service department I have ever experienced I have owned Escalade, Navigator, Infinity and now to my dismay an Acura. Please beware when you purchase from this dealership, the service department is horrible. They do not give you true estimates as to the time car needs for service on numerous occasions. They seem to think if they offer you a loaner vehicle than there is no urgency in returning your car. My car has sat for days before I received any information. As well as zero communication as to when my car would be even remotely close to being finished. I have had to call and track down any communication re: my car. This is by far the worst dealership I have experienced in all of my years of ownership. More
Dealer service is owfull, untrained and sloppy work I have the probably the worst experience during servicing my 2014 MDX at Devan Acura. After they changed oil and after I arrived home, I found that oil is leaking from under the car in my garage. Leak was coming from improperly installed oil filter. I was going to loose engine, if I took a longer trip. They do not have properly trained technicians even to do a simple service like changing oil, and I believe there no oversight of what those techs are doing. More
