Dan - the sales guy got very confrontational when I said I would like to buy the new TL, but had to see competitors' offers prior to commitment. Of course after which I decided NOT to buy from them, and wh I would like to buy the new TL, but had to see competitors' offers prior to commitment. Of course after which I decided NOT to buy from them, and when he found out I bought from a different dealer, he called me to tell me "not to ever take my new Acura over there for service" followed by bunch of harassment and swears. I hung up and am sure never taking my car there for service. I followed up with Acura of USA headquarters with an official complaint... More

We shopped several dealers to get best price they became rude when we would not buy right away and explained We wanted to shop around. Very very disappointing More
