Always great service and friendly staff. I was a half hour early for my car to be serviced, but my car was taken in for the oil change right away. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Howevr, it was ready in just under an hour. We bought our car from Diamond Hills Auto 2 years ago. Our salesman, Frank Goodall sold it to us. We know Frank personally as we have bought other vehicles from him. He has always been great about answering any questions we have about our Terrain. All of the employees have always been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is remarkable, something you don't often find it today's world. More

Awesome Sales Department! Went through the Internet sales department. Rick was the salesman. I received an online quote for the car, set an appointment for a test drive, and Went through the Internet sales department. Rick was the salesman. I received an online quote for the car, set an appointment for a test drive, and an appraisal for my trade. I show up for my appointment, RIck has my car parked off to the side and ready to go. I go on a test drive, he gets the keys for my trade and a few hours later I am out the door! I got a fair truecar value for my trade, and Rick found another $750 in rebates. My only complaint about the dealership is that the customer waiting area could use a bigger TV (that is from my kids). More

Oil change, tire rotation & car wash. Complimentary car wash was not very good, there was still grease from the road on the vehicle and the front window still was spotted.
