Service went well, the advisor informed me that I had a recall on the stereo and was fixed along with the scheduled oil change. However, the tech. Did not look into my request of diagnosing a ticking/ta recall on the stereo and was fixed along with the scheduled oil change. However, the tech. The advisor asked me to bring it back during the week at the time of pick up which is difficult to do since I had to take time off of work to drop it off originally and would have to do so again. We chose Diamond because other dealers weren’t able to provide the service we needed in a timely (or even convenient) manner. The service writer Nathan Cooke was a great help he was able to check in my vehicle and even got me a ride to school. I went in for a coolant leak under the engine on the driver side and the diagnosis was that it needed heater hoses due to a “leak” coming from the firewall on the passenger side. Am not sure if it was looked at properly but since this was a completely other area and a leak I haven’t witnessed before or even now. I chose not to continue with the service. More

Will bever buy a car from them again. Bought a 2019 nissan frontier from them, with a pre-approval from a bank with the payment that I was on. They ended up saying my pre-approval didn't work, they ended up trying to give me a 17% loan and for 450 a month, I disapproved it and walked out, that's when they actually pulled and other loan after 3 hours with a 450 payment I walked away right away they chased to the outside saying they got me a 400 dollar loan. I agreed with it . They sold me add ons i didnt really need, they said they added a spartan gps tracker without even showing or giving me a broucher on how it works or how i can sign in so i can be able to track my vehicle . They call me Monday saying that the loan didn't go through and I told me they had an other "better" deal that will save me 4000 dollars but my payment will be 440 a month. Told them I don't want that if my payments aren't 400 that I agreed on. They ended told me if I can give them an other down payment l, I said no. That's when they ended call me back saying they got me a good deal and my payments will stay the same. I looked at my credit score the next day, dropped 50 points. More
