Diamond Chevrolet of San Bernardino - Service Center

I've taken my truck for service since I purchased the truck there in 2017 (only this dealership has worked on my truck). On three occasions after basic service was completed, I've had major work to be do truck there in 2017 (only this dealership has worked on my truck). On three occasions after basic service was completed, I've had major work to be done less than two weeks of service; first my AC went out ($1600); second my transmission went bad at 63k miles ($8200); and now my engine is backfiring and the dealer wants $5k just to break down the cylinder heads. I have lost faith in this dealership and currently looking for alternative ways to get my truck fixed. Thanks, SN More

Dropped off truck promised would be repaired by next day. Work was not completed as promised was told needed to work one more day on truck when picked up stated all work was complete drove down the street an Work was not completed as promised was told needed to work one more day on truck when picked up stated all work was complete drove down the street and had problems came back to dealership expressed concerns and problems had to come back another day so that they could fix work that they stated was completed repair technician was fixing oil leak and decided to take ladders off ladder rack then not secure them and left them loose on ladder rack and was never told that the ladders were removed and put back on truck. I could have a horrible accident with the ladders flying off my truck Waiting for service manager to give me a call back More
