The worst service dealer. I will never recommend anyone here. My vehicle was there for months and they still didn't leave it in good condition. Communication is horrible. I had to call another dealer in the area and they were in shock when I told them everything that has happened here. Save yourself a headache. Avoid this place! More

Service and employees were nice and professional , however what’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for 3 hours in the waiting area. I had to wait an extra hour and because someon however what’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for 3 hours in the waiting area. I had to wait an extra hour and because someone had to go to lunch which i understand but shouldn’t there be a staggered lunch amongst employees to assure service is done in a timely manner? I had a 10am appt and left around 1:15. Appointments should be seen at time scheduled. More

They attempted to do a recall on my Super cruise. While trying to upload new maps, they tried the controller module. I was told that the part was on backorder and would take a while, that was over a While trying to upload new maps, they tried the controller module. When I called to check up on where we were at I was told that it was basically my problem to deal with not theirs That recall had expired and there was nothing that they could do about it. I did get a call back a few minutes after that from someone saying they were going to research it. And I am still waiting for a call back to tell me where they are at with this repair More

Took the truck for break inspection, dropped it off on friday midday nd was ready til wednesday evening.
