Diamond Chevrolet Has Lost Its Shine Diamond Chevrolet is no longer the premier dealership I once believed it to be. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I have made the decision that Chevrolet is no longer the premier dealership I once believed it to be. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I have made the decision that I will no longer purchase or service my vehicles there. In my opinion, the dealership has lost the level of quality, professionalism, and customer care that once made it stand out. Under the current management and ownership, I simply do not have confidence that Diamond Chevrolet will regain the luster it once had. It is disappointing to see a dealership I previously trusted decline to this point. For anyone considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle here, I strongly recommend doing your research and exploring other options before making a decision. Diamond Chevrolet has lost its shine—and, unfortunately, it has lost my business as well. More

Extremely disappointed with how this dealership handled my husband’s purchase. What should have been a simple visit to LOOK at a truck somehow turned into him being persuaded and pressured into purchasing my husband’s purchase. What should have been a simple visit to LOOK at a truck somehow turned into him being persuaded and pressured into purchasing one that same day. My husband specifically told the salesperson that he wanted to speak with his wife before making such a large financial commitment. Instead of respecting that and giving him the opportunity to go home, discuss the purchase with me, and make a decision together, it feels like the priority was simply closing the sale. That is incredibly unprofessional and upsetting. When a customer tells you they need to discuss a major financial decision with their spouse before moving forward, that should be RESPECTED not treated as an obstacle for the salesperson to overcome. Marriage is a partnership and a purchase this significant affects our household finances, not just one individual. It was not the dealership’s place to push him toward making an immediate decision after he had already expressed that he wanted to discuss it with me first. Yes, my husband is ultimately responsible for signing the paperwork and I am not taking that responsibility away from him. However, I absolutely question the sales tactics used when someone clearly communicates that they are not prepared to make a decision without first speaking to their spouse. A dealership should want customers to feel confident and comfortable with their purchase not leave a family feeling like a sale was more important than respecting a customer’s boundaries. Since apparently my opinion as his wife didn’t matter when it came to such a major financial commitment, maybe the dealership would also like to marry him and help take care of the financial responsibilities that come with him. If so, he’s all yours! Very disappointing experience, and I sincerely hope management addresses how situations like this are handled in the future. More

Awkward and unreceptive of wishes Finance manager was fine, we enjoyed him very much. It was just the guy sitting in the corner watching. We were wanting black accents instead of the yellow and chrome th fine, we enjoyed him very much. It was just the guy sitting in the corner watching. We were wanting black accents instead of the yellow and chrome that come standard. The bow ties will be switched out, but the guy in the corner watching didn't want to move on the badging stating it 'MIGHT damage the paint underneath'. It didn't make sense to me. The worst part of the experience was running into a bait and switch situation. I called specifically to purchase a Silverado 1500 WT I asked if Diamond Chevy was able to sell it to me personally and I was told yes. I passed on another deal I had with a dealership already and I come to find out that Diamond was not able to sell it to me personally and was needing a business to be attached to the purchase. I understand that the fleet department deals with businesses and have no problem with that, but if I specify asked about a private purchase and am told yes, I expect not to be lied to. More
