In for service I brought my 2000 Honda Accord in for an oil change, to have a squeak checked out and a general safety check. I had made arrangements to be picked up, gave Elson my phone umber and left. I received a call a few hours later that the car was ready. The oil was change, a squeaky serpentine belt was replaced, and a multipoint inspection had been done. I was also advised there is another issue that will need to be taken care of down the road. So I use my phone to go online to find a coupon and I was able to find a coupon for $29.95 (from another dealer, which they accept). After I find the coupon, I show Alan the coupon that I found and he says I have to print it out....as if I would happen to have a printer with me at all times. So I ask him if I could email the coupon to him and he prints it out for me from his computer. He says "no, you have to print it out." I had to give him a pretty hard time for him to tell me to email his coworker the coupon to have HIM print it out. xxx seriously? Aside from that incident, everything else was normal oil change service. Maybe Honda should train their employees on how to use their emails and maybe they should work on their overly priced oil. Thanks. p.s. Alan should be more consistent with his customer service. because when he saw an older chinese speaking customer, he was all friendly. But with him, he was pretty rude even though I was talking to him calm and nicely until he told me to print out my coupon. More

Oil change and service I had initially taken my 2012 Honda Civic to Diamond Honda after purchasing it 2 months ago. I experienced a strange battery drain, which I had to cal I had initially taken my 2012 Honda Civic to Diamond Honda after purchasing it 2 months ago. I experienced a strange battery drain, which I had to call roadside service to give me a jump during my working hours. I immediately drove from Inglewood to West Covina Diamond Honda, for which they checked my battery and found that it passed with no problems. They did not find what the reason for the initial battery drain was but promised to exchange my battery if it happened again. I also had my oil changed while I was there, for which they double checked my battery. My service person was excellent, as she was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable during this negative experience. THANK YOU Diamond Honda. More
