Awesome Experience! My vehicle needed oil change and with my busy work schedule, Saturday is the only day I can get this serviced. Without an appointment, I called Diamon My vehicle needed oil change and with my busy work schedule, Saturday is the only day I can get this serviced. Without an appointment, I called Diamond Honda at 7am asking if they can service my car but honestly thinking they'd turn me away. To my surprise, they didn't turn me away and got my car in for regular oil change maintenance with Honda's multi-point inspection plus tire rotation. Elmo Orellan took very good care of me and was very courteous and accommodating all through out. His customer service skill is just outstanding and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely seek Elmo out first on my next regular maintenance service. Great job Elmo! Keep it up! More

The previous service with Nicole Bright was also very good. Services but that were mediocre at best. I had just about given up on Diamond Honda. In past services I felt unnecessarily pressured to agree to service that was questionable. One time my service manager had to leave so I was handed off to another. This second one disappeared. After waiting an unusually long period of time I had to try to track down this second service manager. Never could find him and had to ask another for help. My car had been sitting there ready and no one bothered to let me know. Unprofessional and inexcusable. I am hoping that after having received good service from Kristina and Nicole that I can feel assured that things have changed. More

Don't believe me give them a try. Look for Edgar madrigal or for Victor Diaz those two were my helpers and they were awesome. More
