Service team is always very kind and professional in customer care by explaining details about technical issues on my car and respecting client's opinion. But I am not sure the prices for parts and labo customer care by explaining details about technical issues on my car and respecting client's opinion. But I am not sure the prices for parts and labor to repair cars are reasonable and competitive. It would be better if your service team would show how reasonable your prices for service are not just saying the prices. And I do not know it is normal but it takes long time to repair my car. I assume one technician may be repairing multiple cars at the same time. Just thought. More
