Two dealerships came to the surface and Dick Brooks Honda was the best. Not only was their price competitive but the professionalism, knowledge, and candor of Aaron Craige put them way over the top. This was the first time I purchased a car online, site unseen, no test drive, and had all the paperwork completed before I visited the dealership - including the financing. When I arrived Aaron introduced himself to me and my wife, showed us our new Pilot, took us for a test drive and then I immediately signed all the paperwork already printed and waiting for me. From start to finish, including our ride from Hendersonville, NC, it took a little more than 2 hours - outstanding!! Aaron was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish but it was his attention to detail, his commitment to the buyer, and most of all, his overall joy in making us feel like we were his only client that day. From start to finish this is the dealership anyone within driving distance, or even a little further, should deal with. Make a call and see for yourself! BTW, I also had the opportunity to work with the service department as I wanted a trailer hitch and rubber mats added to my Pilot. They were also very professional and a pleasure to deal with. One thing more, if you live in Hendersonville you can check out Apple Tree Honda (which I did) but it was a total waste of time and effort. As an FYI... Apple Tree came in dead last of the 4 dealerships I contacted. Last in price, client service, and professionalism. Trust me, it's worth the drive to Dick Brooks Honda of Greer, SC. More
