I am writing to let you know that I do not take these situations lightly and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while at our dealership. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. It is my understanding that there were issues that developed during the finance phase of your vehicle deal due to a new accounting system at your place of employment which affected certain aspects of the approval process. I have been told this has been rectified after some clarification and the deal is still in process at this time.
