Being one of our first larger purchases, we were a little nervous about having to finance it. We got a great price on the car and also purchased the additional warranty. After a week or so of driving, we started having an issue with the radio and key fob. Doug made sure that I was supplied a rental vehicle and the repair was made pretty quickly. The Service representative Scott was also extremely helpful. He kept me updated on the repairs. They also found an oil leak while the car was in for service and repaired it that day. All was done at no cost to me. Awesome customer service and would highly recommend going to Doug if you are in the market for a used car. I know we will be needing another one around summer, and I know where I am going. More

Body shop worst experience ever They have had my car over a month and have raised the cost estimate from 6k to 10k on a used car!
