I always get skeptical and nervous when purchasing a car. But Ron made my experience wonderful! He took his time to show me around the lot. On my last trip to purchase a car i was not sure what i could get cause at that time my finances and the price range of what i needed for a car i didnt think was possible. I have bought a previous car from Ron Gignac and knew that if there was someone that could help me out it was him. He knowledge of the cars on the lot and not to mention his friendly personnality is something that you dont find at every lot. He knew what he was dealing with after a brief chat about my finances and to my surprise he not only got me into a car but he was able to place me in my very first brand new car and helped me decide that leasing would be a better way for me. Paul greeted my husband and I, in a courteous and professional manner. I was embarrassed to tell him about my credit situation, but I wanted to rebuild my credit, and not have my name removed from th professional manner. I was embarrassed to tell him about my credit situation, but I wanted to rebuild my credit, and not have my name removed from the loan like the previous dealership did. He understood what I wanted and he took the time to listen to our needs. During the entire process, he made me feel at ease, and I never felt pressured. While we were waiting for our loan to be approved, he constantly returned to communicate the process to us. I am happy to say that I was approved for the loan and although my husband cosigned for me, he was able to get me a loan which will help increase and rebuild my credit.
