We were looking for a new vehicle to replace our Honda Pilot that was totaled in a car accident. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and price of the Dodge Durango. Upon arrival to the dealership Keith Black was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the features this vehicle had to offer. We were blown away over the option/upgrades that were put into this model for the clearance price. Keith was patient and never pushy. We had a wonderful car buying experience that met all of our needs. The price was below what we had expected (after researching for days online) and the financing fell right into our requests. The full LIFETIME bumper-to-bumper was an added bonus. In all we fell that we got the vehicle we were looking for, at an unbeatable price, with wonderful customer service. This is the 3rd new car I have purchased from Dick Hannah. I have always been satisfied with them. Lucas was very friendly and informative about the vehicle. Lucas went though the car with me and explained all the features and how they worked in detail . Yousef did the final paperwork and although I know that he was doing his job, I was a little put off by his trying to 'sell' me on an extended warranty that I had clearly stated I did not want. He posed this question to me many times even though I repeatedly said no. More

Great buying experience! Ended up with a nice car. First car we hoped to buy did not pass the shop so we appreciated the fact they were honest and found us another car. My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our new van. We went to the dealership expecting to be pressured into buying a van and we were pleasantly surprised to have the opposite happen. He asked us exactly what we were looking for and showed us options for both new and used vans without try to sway us either way. Ron really listened to what our needs were and even swayed me away from an SUV I really liked because he knew it wasn't exactly what we were looking for. We left so happy and in a new (used) van that checked every box on the list of what we were looking for plus more. I would be remiss in not mentioning that the gentleman who did the financing paperwork was also great. I can't remember his name, but he was a genuinely nice person who made us feel like we weren't just numbers. Our overall experience was truly memorable, it was so easy and relaxed that my husband is thinking about going back and getting a new car for himself too! Great job guys! More
