When we first came in we were greeted, and introduced to Will as the person that we would be talking with. Will was informative, not pushy. He asked us what we wanted to know about the vehicle. They had a little bit different features. He had a good sense of humor. It made the process easier. Jon worked with us on a price, he also was very friendly and had a good sense of humor, took some of the potential anxiety out of this part of the process. Even though car shopping should be a fun experience I always dread it because you never know what kind of experience you're going to get at a dealership. That was not the case at Dick Hannah.
