Ted is exceptional and deserves 5 star. When i initially went there on Sept 2011, he worked out a deal, which was literally about to close. Unfortunately due to a Sales Manager messup, i walked away from the Dealership, since they didn't keep up their word/promise and through some ridiculous numbers/offfers, then what was originally accepted by both the parties. Ted followed up several times and tried his level best to get a new car for me. I had $1500 in incentive and $1500 in rebate from Chrysler when i went there initially, looking for a Jeep. Even though he tried to get something working this time, i had to start with $3K less and therefore didn't work out this time (Nov 2011) with my budget. More

The experience was a little tiring for me, my husband was sold on the car but it was convincing me that took the work. When we did get the car it only had one key and the 3 year warranty went to 2 1/2 years. sold on the car but it was convincing me that took the work. We then had a new key ordered but that took about a month to see. We did get a better warranty so guess it has been worth it? There is a defect in the back of the passenger seat and a new part has been ordered, see how long that takes to receive? More

I really appreciate the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Dick Hannah. I always leave feeling treated right, no sales pressure. I would not do this or fill this out if they didn't make an impression on me. Sammy in the finance department was just as helpful and professional as the rest of the staff. He answered questions and gave clear direction on what I was sighing, I never felt rushed or hurried by him. I promise I will return because of my experience. Purchased new 2500 diesel 8/13/11 by 9/1/11 has been in shop 3 times. Tired of calling tow service asked for replacement. Three times it has left me on side of the road. The quality of service on the floor was exceptional. Seth was able to find me the car I was looking for, despite the fact that another dealer at the same shop had told me they already sold it. Seth was knowledgeable about the vehicles on the floor, and had a good sense of humor regarding the whole car purchasing experience. There was a finance guy who managed to get me fantastic APR on my financing, (Sub 5%). Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but xxxxxxto that guy! The guy who finalized everything was a different experience. They told me Sammy was new (he got there Monday, I walked in Wednesday or Thursday) to the dealership and so I forgive him, but Sammy was less than knowledgeable on his position. After signing everything Sammy told me I was good to go, and before I left the lot he ran out and got me to sign something he had forgotten. Then he called me for a return visit several times before I was done. More

From the moment I walked into the Dealership I was treated with respect and high quality customer service. I hate to buy cars but Nate and Tim made the process seamless with no phoney-ness.
