Do not take your car here for any out of warranty repairs. They are a total ripoff with their pricing. First they charge a very high $175 diagnostic fee which I was not told about until I was droppin repairs. They are a total ripoff with their pricing. On top of that they tried to charge me an extra $20.00 "environmental fee" when I came to pick my van up after declining to have the work done. I decided to another repair shop that I trust after they gave me a quote that was a third the cost for the same repair! I made the mistake of going to Dick Hannah for my first repair service after my warranty expired. Never again! More
