First i would like to say that i bought my first jeep last august. My rep was Jose and an he was very polite and knowlegeable. Every question i asked he answered or went out of his way to get me the answers i needed. I purchased a 2007 jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara addition. ITS AWESOME!!!!! It was my dream vehicle. Then there was Mark on the Green team, he was also very polite and took care of my special jeep. He was very clear and amazing when dealing with my jeep. Any question i had asked he got me the answers fast and spoke very clear. I recently had to go in to get my jeep serviced and he was very amazing and helped me with getting a loaner vehicle while they were servicing mine. I was emailed my appointments and emailed and called when my jeep was ready. It took a day to do the work on my jeep but it didn't feel that long because the service was fast and wonderful. I have always been treated with amazing customer service there, and as a proud owner of a Jeep i will never buy another vehicle except for another JEEP!!!! The only thing i had a small issue was the price, wish everything was free... hahaha that will never happen, but their deals were great and fair. Thanks, Peter Davis More
Ive never wanted to go to a dealership before because I was always told dealerships are way too expensive and they don't treat people well. because of Stacy in the Service department i'm glad that i went t was always told dealerships are way too expensive and they don't treat people well. because of Stacy in the Service department i'm glad that i went to Dick Hannah to buy my Van. she always takes care of me, is very friendly, remembers my kids and family and does not treat me any different because i'm a low income single mother. she never pushes me to get more work on the van than i am willing to have done and always does exactly what i ask without being pushy about extra things. she knows what i like and anticipates the way i expect my service to be and follows through to tailor my service to my needs not a cookiecutter version of service i get other places More

Liked the way the service department handles paying for the auto. This gave Jayme time to explane what had been done and answer my questions while he was running the credit card for paying the bill. On Saturday, the 14th of November, I and a friend of mine were on our way to Union Washington from Albany, Oregon. Upon exiting the freeway just north of Vancouver, at the Gee Creek rest area, the water pum were on our way to Union Washington from Albany, Oregon. Upon exiting the freeway just north of Vancouver, at the Gee Creek rest area, the water pump on my 2003,350 Dodge Ram diesal, went out. My truck was towed to Dick Hannah's on Auto Mall Drive. I had called my wife, in Albany, Oregon, to come pick us up, expecting to have to leave the truck over the weekend, and pick it up on Monday or Tuesday. Because of the delay of the tow truck, my wife was waiting at the dealership when we arrived with the tow truck. From the moment I approached Mark Peterson, in the service department, I knew that I was going to receive good Service, just from the way he greeted me. Boy was I wrong!!! I RECEIVED OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM THEM!!!! Mark's personal attention, and concern was beyond belief. He had a lot of the paperwork started, from information my wife had given him prior to our arrival, and gave me an estimate that if the price went over, he would call me, and if not, they would just fix it. He then told me that if I wanted to wait around for a while, he would be able to let me know. (This was at 3:30 in the afternoon on SATURDAY) I, my wife and my friend went to a local restraunt and got a bite to eat, and returned to the dealership about an hour later. Upon our return, my truck was sitting in front of the dealership, (not were we had dropped it off) and my thoughts turned to the bad case senario. I entered the service department, and when Mark saw me, he greated me with "Patrick, hi, it's all done and," at this point, I interupted him with an astonished statement of "it's finished?" and he smiled and said, "yes, and the good news is that it was covered under the power train warranty, so your deductable is only $100.00." THIS, BOYS AND GIRLS IS HONESTY BEYOND REPROACH!!!!. I would not have even thought the water pump would be covered under any warranty had they not told me. Anyway, long story short, MY TRUCK WAS FIXED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER ARRIVAL AT DICK HANNAH'S. This is serveice above and beyond. Thanks Mark for making it a win, win, experience you get A++++++'s. Would I recommend Dick Hannah's to my friends? Without reservation!!!! In fact, my wife and I will be looking for a replacement for her car come January. And, mileage be darned, we will start our search at Dick Hannah's in Vancouver. I truly believe this is a auto dealership that I can trust, and that I will be made to feel like I am their only customer. That's is Grade A American Service. Very helpful, they try hard to take care of their customers needs. Brad is great and has good communication, keeps you updated and explains the repair process well. I brought my truck in for service for a 9:15 appointment, but arrived 20 minutes early. Even though I was early, they took my truck in and I got it back at 10:15. Hello, My name is Annette Olson. Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a single mother in the milatry. I have bought my last three vehicles through Dick hannah dealerships. I have always sent my vehicles in to dick hannah dealerships for regular maintance and for any problems that they had. I have sent people to your dealerships whenever I hear they are interested in buying new or used. Up until this last incident that I had with your jeep dealership I was a good customer. The last vehicle I bought was a new 2006 jeep tj and I still own it. I had bought your maintance package. The main reason I had bought it was because I didnt want to worry about oil changes and it automatically enroled me in your customer for life program. At that time I was happy because it was a added bonus. Now I had wished that I had never bought anything from dick hannah dealerships. Heres my story. It started in 2007. I complained many times about my jeep shaking. I was told that the vehicle is basically new and that things have to "work in" and it would go away after a couple thousand miles. Well, it didnt. I complained again and the service manager at that time (loni sargent) told me it was because it was lifted. I told him it did it before it was lifted and he informed me to take it back to the place that lifted it because it was "their" problem. So I took it back to 4wheel parts and they rebalanced the tires and said everything looked ok. They said if it still shaked that I needed to take it back to the dealer as everything they did looked fine. Well, it still shaked so I took it back to your jeep dealership. They gave me the runaround and insisted it was the lift kit that was on it. Fed up, I took it back to 4wheel parts and told them I didnt care what it costs, just fix it. After 3 days of being without my jeep they found the problem. The front brake pads were bad and the front rotors were warped. They said it was a common problem on jeeps and that the jeep dealership should of fixed it under warrenty. At this time my jeep had right aroung 15,000 miles in it. Something warrenty should of covered. But instead In had to pay $275.00 out of my pocket. My next oil change I mentioned this and was greeted with a ":why didnt you bring it to us?" I was not happy but I still brought my vehicle back to you guys. Another time I had brought my vehicle in for its maintance. If I recall it was around my 30,000 mile oil change. Having paid $785.00 for your maintance package I dont see why I had to pay the additional $30.00. When I asked this, I was told something like: "your 30,000 mile checkup is different". So basically, I looked at it as pay it so I can get my jeep back The next oil change is where I encountered another problem. I had dropped it off for a simple oil change and the rear wiper wasnt working. When I went to pick it up I noticed the check engine light was on. I told your service manager about this and he asked to keep it overnight. I needed my jeep but I had no choice. He called me the next day and said it was fixed. So, my boyfriend and I went to pick it up. When I got in it the check engine light was STILL on! I once again told your service manager it was not fixed and he asked if I could leave it for a couple hours. Again, I had no choice if I wanted it fixed. He called me a couple hours later and told me that I would have to pay for a wiring harness that was damaged and that it was gonna be close to $100.00. When I said that the jeep was still under warrenty he informed me that that part wasnt covered under warrenty. Frustrated, I told him to just park it outside and I will pick it up later. When I did, I had noticed that one of my brake lights didnt work which made me even more unhappy. So, the next day my boyfriend took the jeep to work and had to fix it himself. It seems that when your tech was fixing the rear windshield washer hose he has pulled apart the wiring. When I called and complained about this problem and said that I thought it was appaling that you wanted me to pay for a wiring harness that your tech pulled apart (being how the check engine light wasnt on when I took it in) I was told I would get a call back from someone higher up. At this time I told them to call my boyfriend as I was tierd of dealing with it. The next day a guy named Bob (cant remember his last name) called my boyfriend. He told Bob about the problems we have encountered so far and Bob took care of it. He said he was sorry and that it wouldnt happen again. That made us feel good and our faith in dick hannah dealerships was restored. Our next oil change went very good and while we were waiting we were looking at you new jeep jk's you had on your showroom floor. We were thinking about buying but couldnt decide on the 2 door or 4 door. We figured we would wait because it was right about the time the economy was taking a dump. What a great experience!! From start to finish the whole thing went much better than I ever thought buying a car would be. Most importantly everyone at the dealership LISTENED to us!! From what we could afford to what we wanted(and we were pretty specific!!), they helped us to a tee!! I think there is a reason that this dealership has been around for fifty years, and that reason is CUSTOMER SERVICE. We never felt pressured, intimidated or ignored. They certainly took the time to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase and still are there if we have any questions or problems.
