I just purchased a 2020 Ram 1500. I initially came in to just view the inventory. Dave found me in the lot and after asking me some questions we narrowed my options. Scott is the worst! Second time I have dealt with him in the service department. Always takes FOREVER I mean hours. First time was to change an out HID headlight in my brand new car. Second time was to get the service department. Always takes FOREVER I mean hours. First time was to change an out HID headlight in my brand new car. Second time was to get a screw out of a tire and have it fixed. This time he decided on his own to have the recalls repaired though we didn’t have time for this to be done today! Find another service advisor that actually communicates properly. More

would never go back i purchased a 2018 ram 3500 with 78000 miles. when i bought the pickup i asked if it had been serviced and i was told yes. after 2000 miles the check i purchased a 2018 ram 3500 with 78000 miles. when i bought the pickup i asked if it had been serviced and i was told yes. after 2000 miles the check engine light came on so i took it back to dealer because it was under there 3 month 3000 mile warranty. the changed the fuel filters and said it was my fault and charged me 355 dollars.
