I called for Warranty service on my Kia Sedona, and was given an appointment the next day. I was running late from a business meeting, and called because I thought I would have to re-schedule, but they sa given an appointment the next day. I was running late from a business meeting, and called because I thought I would have to re-schedule, but they said "no problem, just come over and we will take care of you". The employees were very nice, and got to my car right away. They even notified me of a recall issue that the dealership I purchased it from had never contacted me about. This is the 2nd time I have taken my car there, and the service was awesome both times. I would not hesitate to call Dick Hannah for any of my service needs. Stephanie L. More

When I made the appointment for service, I was told it would be about 2 1/2 hours to complete all that needed to be done. Not only was Devin right there to get the process started, but he made sure that would be about 2 1/2 hours to complete all that needed to be done. Not only was Devin right there to get the process started, but he made sure that all my questions were answered. After 1 1/2 hours, he came to tell me that my car was done. Did an excellent job on the service of my K.I.A.. It was amazing! Kia Service department has never let us down. We can call and NOW we can go ON-LINE for an appointment for service. (and usually within our schedule) Jessica and Devin, whom I worked with in the past coup and NOW we can go ON-LINE for an appointment for service. (and usually within our schedule) Jessica and Devin, whom I worked with in the past couple of years have been very helpful. The Service Department lets me know ahead of time the time and cost of having them service our car. This is helpful when we are all trying to survive this economy. and please note that the Shuttle Driver Janet is doing a super job. More
