The internet interaction with Alec and Jon was so personable and productive that the time I actually spent at the dealership was minimal. Mike Menzie in the finance dept. was a pleasure to deal with and that is not always the case when it comes to the finance dept., thanks Mike! Best Car Buying Experience EVER I cannot say enough nice things about the team we worked with at Dick Hannah Kia. After a terrible experience at another dealership, I was not exactly I cannot say enough nice things about the team we worked with at Dick Hannah Kia. After a terrible experience at another dealership, I was not exactly in the mood to purchase a new vehicle. However, from my very first correspondence with Alec in the internet sales dept. I could already tell that this experience was going to be very different then my previous one. They were upfront on pricing from moment one. Since we live 2 hours north of the dealership, they let us work out all the financing details by phone (including a breakdown of fees, taxes etc.) so that all we had to do when we arrived was test drive the car, learn about the car's features and sign on the dotted line. Due to my husband's crazy work schedule, we couldn't get to the dealership until almost closing. Even though John, Bob & Mark had to stay past closing to complete our transaction, they NEVER once rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Bob took time making sure that we knew about all the features on our new car, even helping us sync up our phones to the UVO handsfree system in the car. This experience was so pleasurable, I wish we were in the market for another vehicle now so I could give them some more business. It is great to see that there are still some dealerships out there that aren't total crooks & snakes, and still believe in exceptional customer service. If buy your car anywhere else, you are an idiot! Alec, John, Bob & Mark YOU ROCK!! More

The moment we got there they treated us with an awesome can do attitude. They made this a fun experience! We had purchased a 2014 soul at another dealer earlier in the year and will never do business with those idots again. We received a dealer buy back card in mail from Dick Hannah Kia and traded the 2014 Soul in on a new 2015 fully loaded Soul. They listened to what our needs and wants were an produced just that!! I was treated very well and made me feel I could get what I wanted within my budget. Usually, being a female and not knowing much about cars have been pushed in the past and wound up getting a lemon. From the moment I walked into Dick Hannah Kia felt very catered to and they went out of there way for me. I would recommend anybody interested in buying a car to go through Dick Hannah Kia. Great Service Center....BUT... I took my car to where I originally bought the car, Vancouver Ford. That's where I also purchased a 2 year warranty. When I took my car to Vancouver Ford, they were very rude and I will never buy a car there again. They said we don't work on Kia's here. I said ok, I brought my 07 Kia Spectra here because this is where I bought my car and the 2 year warranty. Long story short, they told me to go to Dick Hannah Kia. When I arrived to Kia it was a complete different experience. They were very friendly and helpful. The only down side is that I had 3 things wrong with my car. I only got 1 thing fixed (engine light/ 02 sensor). I had a heater blower that would work one day, than the next day it wouldn't. I also had another issue (not as important). The heater blower motor was a serious safety issue to me since I work early mornings. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to see without the defroster working. Kia said they cant fix it because it was working at the time. I am a Production Manager at a local seafood distributor and cant just stop in some day when its not working. With a family of 5, kids in sports, and both myself and my wife working full time jobs.... Time is at a premium to say the least. I would definitely go back to Dick Hannah Kia, but I wish the heater could of been fixed. Thanks Hollis More
A Great Car Purchasing Experience! Thank you to all of the courteous and qualified sales and finance individuals who assisted me in the purchase of my Kia Soul. Alec Crocker was my init Thank you to all of the courteous and qualified sales and finance individuals who assisted me in the purchase of my Kia Soul. Alec Crocker was my initial contact via the internet inquiry and was so nice when I arrived and the dealership and introducing me to Bob Snyder. Bob Snyder made the process very easy and pleasant and went over every detail possible during the buying process even after it was past your closing time. He never rushed to finish and wanted to make sure I was familiar with every aspect of the car and its features. Plus he followed up the next day to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns and making sure I was enjoying my car. Initially I had been looking at a 2014 and was moving forward when, I believe it was Steve Gould, came out and told me that the deals on the 2015 models were great and I could get one of those for almost the same cost. Those are things earn my trust, respect and return business as I'm not sure other dealers would have done the same. Mark Goff also did a wonderful job as was as pleasant and helpful as well even though, as I said before, it was past your closing time and he still had one client left after myself. He was thorough and I never felt rushed at any point and he showed me the best financing option available. There was also another employee, but I can't recall her name, who also assisted me with getting a copy of my insurance card and kudos to her also for her assistance. Overall you should be very pleased with the individuals you have representing and working for your dealership as I certainly was during my purchase. More
