They walked us through the process of and answered all of our questions in a straight-forward manner. Our salesman (Brian) was very knowledgeable about the Kia Soul that we were looking at and brought up some good points when I told him about the alternative cars I was thinking of test driving at other dealerships that day, without being pushy. I was able to secure a great deal on a car that I really wanted and all the staff members I met along the process were very helpful. I was pretty impressed as a first-time car buyer and my dad (who has bought cars before) was pleased by the customer service and price. My one complaint is that they didn't have much room for customer parking when I was there on a Saturday afternoon. But other than that minor blemish Dick Hannah Kia is definitely worth the drive. More

The process of buying a car is always challenging, but having good sales people helps make it more pleasant. Working together, Jeff and Mark played off each other's strengths. We drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it was worth the trip to get what we wanted. The dealership motto of "We believe in nice" proved true--much less intimidating than other car buying we've done in the past. More

I left very happy! I had a hard couple weeks of car shopping and going to different dealerships, I drove up to Vancouver from Corvallis with hesitation. When I got there I had a hard couple weeks of car shopping and going to different dealerships, I drove up to Vancouver from Corvallis with hesitation. When I got there I found the PERFECT car. They were awesome with every aspect. I left with a great car, a great rate, and I liked everyone there. They really treat you like a person and not just another sale. Thank you Mark and Bob!!! More

Avoid the service dept. If I can't trust you to do the small things right, I won't trust you with the big things. I bought my used Kia Soul in DEC 2013. June 2014 I had a If I can't trust you to do the small things right, I won't trust you with the big things. I bought my used Kia Soul in DEC 2013. June 2014 I had a flat tire. They repaired it under the Customer Loyalty Plus program for free. July 29th 2014, I had to have another flat repaired. I was informed this time that it would cost $25. Derek asks me when I bought my kia, and what year it was then explains that the Customer Loyalty program has been altered with no notice. After showing them that they still listed as free on the website, they repaired the tire for free. Then took just under 2 hours to repair the tire. I arrived at 7:45, and finally had my car pulled up in front at 9:30. Would have been another 30 minutes if I opted for the free car wash... Today, AUG 9th. I call the service dept at 1:30 pm to check into an appointment for just an oil change and tire rotation. I am told that if I come down I can get in for the service express service. I drive down, and 20 minutes later while the gentlemen is checking in my car, a lady in service walks up and asks about my appointment. After I explain the phone call, and the gentleman that is checking my car in confirms the service express call, she walks off. She comes back and tells me it will be at least 90 mins before my car can be taken care of. Wasting my time and gas when a simple appointment booking could have taken place the first phone call. All this on top of calling 3 times with a question about extended warranty coverage, and the service manager is busy helping other customers after being transferred to the body shop, then glass, back to service. Then having my name and number confirmed and then never a return call. I had to drive down and hound down an answer. I manage a courier company. I bought my car at Dick Hannah Kia on reference from the owner of my company. After the past 6 weeks or so of my experiences with the service dept, and his own experiences,I have steered employees currently in the market for cars to another dealership group as well as currently shopping for my wife's car replacement at another dealer. More
