Great Experience from start to finish I was in need of a new car and I'm not very knowledgable so it was a very stressful situation. I got to work with Dave Wakeman and he was so helpful, friendly and he really wanted me to be happy with my decision. I didn't feel pressured and he was able to answer all of my questions. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to up sell me on anything and I left there with the perfect car for me. The next day I went to go to the store and my car had a flat tire, Dave even took the time on his day off to help me get I'm touch with the roadside assistance and the service center so I was able to get it repaired quickly. Wonderful, No Pressure Experience! We were expecting the usual "Bum Rush" of salesmen but were pleasantly surprised. When we said we were just looking, they left us to browse. When we were ready to ask questions Curt Torson was very helpful and let us ask questions and form our own opinions without trying to sell us the "Deal of the Day" like some other dealerships. When we said we wanted to think about it he was very courteous and also said that he could help us with any car on any of the DH lots if we wanted to look at anything else. By the next day we decided on what we wanted, it was a very comfortable experience to get the vehicle we loved. There were some things the vehicle needed so we couldn't drive it off the lot that day but we were updated every day by either Curt himself or someone from the dealership on progress. It was a very good experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new (or just new to them) vehicle. More

Oil change service experience. Set up an appointment July 4th weekend (Saturday night) on the internet for Monday July 7th for 10.00a.m.. I instantly got a phone call from a gentleman who said he would put my request in first thing Monday morning and someone would call to confirm. Well at a little after 8:00 a.m. Monday morning a employee called and got me in for 10:15 am. When I pulled in a service writer Cody greeted me got all my details then less than an hour they had me out the door along with a free car wash. The waiting room and restrooms were excellent with coffee and cookies, magazines, etc. One of the best experiences I have had with a routine oil change. Great service along with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah's Kia service department. More
