I am no longer of the mind set that inflation is a viable excuse for gouging in this day and age. The employee I worked with refused to reduce it and tried to make it look like I was getting a good deal. That I didn't like one bit. It took speaking with the follow up crew member that called to find out how my service went and this is where I shared my experience, and what do you know....it was resolved! Too bad you have to pay people to do secondarily what you should have been done in the first place. That's where you could save some money on the "inflation" game. It was resolved, and I am now a happy customer for it. More

The reason I have not bought a car in 10 years is mainly do the, run around, the pressure ,unfriendly service and having to deal with several car sale man . Steven Davis was friendly, competent, authentic, and very helpful. I never felt pushed, which is unusual for car sales in my experience. My desires, budget and concerns were the main topic in our exchange and, in the end, purchase of a fantastic 2010 VW Jetta. In addition, and almost as important as the car and price, the pleasant experience of looking for and buying this car with Steve was such a gift to my week. All the paperwork and details still needed to be handled, but it was with a lightheartedness and sincerity that was refreshing. A grin rarely left my face while acquiring a really good car for a really good price. The extra services offered by Dick Hannah (now I sound like a commercial) of free car washes, free tires for the life of the car and a reduction on regularly scheduled maintenance work are, indeed, great bonuses. If the tech team is as on top of things as this sales team, I got one heckuva deal! Yes, I sincerely recommend finding your car, new or used, at Dick Hannah Kia with Steve and his colleagues (although it is the Kia department, they have ALL the Dick Hannah cars available for sale!).
